Is my landlord responsible for fixing my appliances?
If you live in an unfurnished rental property and use your own appliances, the landlord is not responsible for paying for any repairs.
If the landlord supplied the appliances in the property, they are responsible for repairing or replacing them, but only if they have broken due to normal wear and tear and not damage due to misuse, carelessness or negligence.
Do you offer appliance installations and servicing?
If you need a home appliance installing, or serviced on a regular basis to ensure its smooth operation, simply get in touch to book an appointment.
Are your Appliance Repairs guaranteed?
You can rest assured that all of our work comes with a 30-day guarantee on labour and any parts that we have replaced.
Can you fix any make or model of appliance?
Our skilled repair engineers are trained to work on the vast majority of major home appliance brands available in the UK.
If you think you have an obscure make of appliance, please chat to us and we’ll do our best to fix it.
Do you do same-day appliance repairs?
We’re dedicated to visiting your home as soon as possible, which will be on the same day if we have an engineer available in your area at the time. If not, we’ll book you in for a next-day call-out, plus we can offer convenient weekend appointments.
Are your repair prices fixed?
When you get in touch to book a repair, we will let you know the call-out fee. When the engineer visits your home to inspect the appliance, they will provide you with an itemised quotation for the repair, with no hidden costs.
Can you fix my broken appliance in one visit?
Our aim is to fix your appliance on our first visit and we do this whenever possible. That’s why we’d be very grateful if you can provide plenty of information about the appliance and the problem when you get in touch to book a repair.
The only time a second visit may be required is if we need to order in a special part.
If you have any further questions that we haven’t answered here, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our friendly team.
